We monitor all incoming flights to help avoid/reduce any wait time charges. If your flight has been delayed, we would also encourage you to call our office with an update. When booking your reservation you will be provided an estimated pickup time. Please allow us up to 10 minutes before or after the estimated time, for possible unanticipated traffic delays. You can contact your dispatcher for an arrival update at anytime at 203-864-3190. All pick-ups between 10:00pm to 6:00am are subject to a $15 fee.

Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is canceled within 8 hours of pick up time, you will receive a full refund. If it is canceled less than 8 hours of pick up time, you will receive a 35% charge. If it is cancelled less than 4 hours of pick up time, you will be charged the full amount.
